Turquoise Grace

Acrylic on canvas, 12 × 12 × 1.5 inches, 2025.

Turquoise Grace is an original figurative acrylic painting that balances strength, elegance, and individuality. The woman’s calm yet commanding gaze emerges against a vivid turquoise background, while warm tones illuminate her face and contrast with the cool surrounding color.

A patterned scarf woven through her dark hair introduces movement, texture, and rhythm. Both adornment and personal statement, it reinforces the subject’s distinct presence while directing attention toward her expression.

The intimate square format invites a close encounter with the figure, while the substantial 1.5-inch canvas depth gives the small painting a contemporary presence. Part of the Women’s Resilience collection, Turquoise Grace celebrates confidence, composure, personal identity, and the quiet strength of being fully seen.
